                                        REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click the "ENROLL" button below & follow the instructions to complete the online registration

2. Once you've completed the registration process, look for future emails on how to obtain the required physical documents, all players will need a physical and an original birth certificate

3. All paperwork and fees are due before the first day of practice
